About This Role
HP and 2020 Companies are seeking a highly motivated HP Territory Retail Sales Representative to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing brand awareness for HP products within your assigned territory, visiting 1-4 stores per day based on need.
As an HP Representative, you will be instrumental in training retail associates on HP products, generating excitement around the HP brand, and ensuring HP maintains a prominent presence within the retail environment through strategic store displays and effective product placement. You will build strong relationships within your territory, making HP a top-of-mind choice for consumers.
- Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers at retailers in your assigned territory.
- Increase sales and product awareness through engaging training sessions and hands-on consumer-facing activities.
- Achieve and maintain program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Build strong rapport within your territory at each retailer with store management and staff.
- Schedule and facilitate sales and product trainings.
- Assess and communicate essential needs such as marketing materials and promotional collateral.
- Assess customer needs and provide relevant product recommendations.
- Document and report sales, schedules, activities, and best practices.
- Collect customer feedback and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations, ensuring adherence to all brand standards.
- Coach and mentor part-time co-workers.
- Manage a territory of stores independently with minimal oversight.
