About This Role
On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team, seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations scheduled throughout 2026. We are passionate about in-store demos and are looking for like-minded individuals to drive successful new product launches for our clients.
Our monthly campaigns offer opportunities for part-time to nearly full-time work, depending on the number of stores in your region. We seek self-motivated individuals committed to representing our brand partners and driving sales.
Responsibilities and requirements include:
- Conducting in-store demos for non-alcoholic beverages or food products.
- Being an independent, reliable, and punctual team member.
- Effectively communicating with assigned accounts and clients.
- Completing detailed and timely reporting.
- Having reliable transportation or the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations.
- Possessing a demo table and black tablecloth, or being willing to acquire them.
- Holding a Food Safety Certification or being willing to obtain one.
In-store sampling experience is preferred.
We offer competitive compensation with demos scheduled around your availability, typically Friday through Monday. A standard demo shift is 4 hours, comprising 3 hours of sampling (11 AM to 2 PM or 3 PM to 6 PM) plus an hour for setup, tear-down, and reporting.
Pay Rate: $120 per 4-hour demo shift
Pay Rate: $240 per 8-hour day
Compensation is W2, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
