About This Role

Mosaic North America is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as an Activation, Field or BA Manager for American Express. This part-time merchandising role is based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

This position is available from ASAP and will conclude in the third week of December, 2025. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about client services and comfortable working independently while managing their own territory.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for visiting various businesses to place marketing materials on behalf of a major credit card company. You will have the flexibility to set your own hours within the recommended range of Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM local time. The role involves completing a specific number of visits within your assigned territory, providing key messaging, placing promotional materials, and gathering feedback from businesses. Please note, no sales are involved.

Given that the role requires visiting multiple merchants per day, a reliable car and a valid driver's license are mandatory.

Prior to activation, there will be a 1.5-hour virtual training session, with ongoing coaching and support from your direct supervisor.
