About This Role

We are seeking experienced and professional Market Research Interviewers to conduct on-site visitor surveys and interviews outside convenience and tobacco shops in South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to represent our client positively and engage with customers for research purposes.

As a Market Research Interviewer, you will be responsible for approaching store customers and inviting them to participate in an eye-tracking exercise during their shopping experience. Participants will be compensated with an Amazon gift card for their time. An on-site eye-tracking team will handle all logistical aspects of the exercise.

This is an independent contractor position. A W-9 form will be required upon hire.

  • Fieldwork Dates: December 9th-13th, December 15th-20th, and December 22nd. (Please note: Stores are closed on Sundays).
  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM daily.
  • Availability: You must be available for at least 9 of the scheduled days.
  • Locations: Duncan, Spartanburg, Greenville, and Landrum.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills; prior experience in customer service-related roles is highly beneficial.
  • Organized, focused, and not timid or shy.
  • Possess the ability to concentrate on conducting exit interview surveys.
  • Dependable and punctual, with excellent communication skills for timely reporting of questions or issues.

Interviewer Pay Rate:

  • Reimbursement for any parking costs or tolls incurred.
  • Payment will be issued via Zelle, Direct Deposit, or Mailed Check within 2 weeks.
