Tobacco Shop Survey & Eye-Tracking

We are seeking experienced and professional Brand Ambassadors to conduct On-Site Display Visitor Surveys/Interviews at various tobacco shops in South Carolina. You will represent our client positively by recruiting shoppers to participate in an eye-tracking exercise during their shopping experience. Participants will receive an Amazon gift card for their time.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are professional, personable, and enjoy engaging with the public. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct exit interview surveys with customers.

The fieldwork dates are December 9th-13th, 15th-20th, and 22nd. Please note that stores are closed on Sundays. Shift times will be 8:30 am - 5 pm local time.

Shop locations include Duncan, Spartanburg, Greenville, and Landrum. Exact locations will be provided during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people; a background in customer service is highly beneficial.
• Organized, focused, and able to conduct exit interview surveys effectively.
• Dependable and punctual, with excellent communication skills for addressing questions or issues promptly.

This is an Independent Contractor position. A W-9 form will be required upon hiring.

Interviewer Pay Rate:

• Parking costs or tolls incurred will be reimbursed.
• Payment will be issued via Zelle or Direct Deposit within two weeks.
