Position Overview
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic candidates to support an audit of products and clerk education for Sesh USA. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Sales and Marketing Representative (SMR) will perform critical merchandising support and educate store clerks on the product line within an assigned route of stores.
In this role, you will:
- Assess the effectiveness of current product displays and evaluate inventory levels.
- Provide comprehensive education to clerks, enabling them to effectively sell our products.
- Identify and report opportunities to enhance product distribution.
- Ensure services are delivered in a safe and productive manner according to Market Recon executional standards.
Ideal candidates should be sociable, outgoing, and able to work independently. This is a part-time position requiring a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel. Audits will take place from September 15 to October 7, 2025, and a bonus is available for early completion!

Requirements
- • Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record
- • Experience in sales and account management
- • Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
Responsibilities
- • Manage products and relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts
- • Determine ongoing product needs and explore opportunities to increase sales
- • Evaluate competitors' activities, including new launches and price reductions
- • Execute product rotation to ensure freshness
- • Enhance inventory diversity and improve in-store branding
- • Collaborate across the organization and share best practices
- • Maintain ongoing relationships with customer contacts
