It’s the perfect companion for an afternoon refresh or an evening wind-down.
Moment is actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers. We are looking for passionate individuals who can authentically embody our brand and effectively secure Moment a prominent place in top retailers.
As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events.
- Love for Moment: The most crucial responsibility at an early-stage startup is to be aligned with the company's vision and be intrinsically motivated to make a difference.
- Managing In-Store Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations at various retail locations.
- Educating Customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
- Merchandising: Secure secondary placements, set up captivating displays, distribute IRCs/coupons, and meticulously arrange cans on shelves.
- Monitoring Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, tracking the success of demos and events.
- Representing Moment at Retail Events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, and offer samples to consumers. Facilitate local product drops.
Requirements:
- Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to new environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to commit 2-8 hours per week.
- Availability to travel and work on weekends.
- Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.
In-Store Demo Incentive Structure: We offer two payment tiers based on the number of demos completed.
