This non-speaking role requires adherence to specific character mannerisms that align with the brand's core values, as outlined in the provided "Ray Manual." You will work closely with a dedicated mascot handler to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
The event is scheduled for October 11th, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, and will take place at 600 East Stadium Blvd., Columbia, MO 65203. The compensation for this role is $70 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of four hours of work.
- Preserve Ray's distinct identity by adhering to established character guidelines, including body language, mannerisms, and fan interaction.
- Ensure the costume and glasses are worn correctly for all appearances and photos.
Qualifications:
- Due to costume specifications, candidates must be between 5'9" and 6'0" tall with a maximum 32-inch waist.
- Comfortable wearing a full mascot costume for extended periods, including the confined space of the head.
- Punctuality is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Possess a positive demeanor and interact well with children and fellow staff members.
- Capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs.
