True Classic Costco Sales Demo

We are seeking experienced and passionate Brand Ambassadors to represent True Classic men's wear at Costco. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of True Classic branded shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and a light jacket. We are looking for individuals with a strong sales and merchandising background, an energetic and outgoing personality, the ability to self-manage, and a talent for creating excitement around a product.

Location: INDIANAPOLIS, IN

Program Dates/Schedule:

• Mandatory 1.5 Hour Virtual Training call - Date/Time - TBD
• October 17th - October 26th (Thursday through the following Sunday – 10 consecutive days with at least 2 days off during the roadshow)

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be fully fluent in English
• Proven sales track record required
• Ability to be on your feet for approximately 6+ hours at a time
• Able to lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to construct/deconstruct a pop-up table stand
• Retail experience and an outgoing personality are a plus
• Personal smartphone required for on-site check-ins and reporting
• Completion of daily reporting and inventory counts

What You'll Do:

• Represent a leading brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in retail environments
• Educate customers about product benefits
• Drive sales by demonstrating product features and providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with store staff to create engaging displays and promotional activities

Pay Rate: $24 Per Hour

Mosaic, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting. Mosaic may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidate qualifications and locations in Arizona. This range may be modified in the future.
