Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy Brand Ambassadors for a True Classic Tees Roadshow and Costco Activation. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a best-selling premium t-shirt and everyday apparel brand.

Location: Commack, NY – Costco 240 | 10 Garet Pl, Commack, NY 11725

Project Overview: True Classic Tees is hosting an exclusive 10-day roadshow at Costco. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors to drive high-volume sales and educate members on True Classic’s soft, perfectly-fitted, and affordable basics. This is an active sales role requiring ambassadors to be on their feet, engaging shoppers, creating excitement around limited-time deals, and guiding customers toward multi-item purchases.

Pay Rate: Brand Ambassadors (2–3 per roadshow): $28/hour. A $50 bonus is provided for working the Christmas Eve shift, and a $100 bonus is awarded if the team sells 100 units on Christmas Eve.

Dates:

• Setup (day before): Thursday, December 18th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow: Friday, December 19th – Sunday, December 28th (10 consecutive days)

Early close on Christmas Eve & CLOSED CHRISTMAS.

Schedule & Shifts (Standard Rhythm):

• Setup: Thursday 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (Fri–Fri, 10 consecutive days):
  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Saturday:
  • 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sunday:
  • 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sunday 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Store hours may vary slightly by location; the final schedule will be confirmed before each show. Ambassadors do not need to be available for every shift, as Karma Casting will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Sell: Proactively greet shoppers, communicate product benefits, and encourage multi-pack purchases.
• Product Education: Highlight the features of True Classic Tees, including soft fabric, perfect fit, and everyday value.
• Drive High-Volume Sales: Maintain a confident sales approach to maximize conversions and daily unit sales.
• Customer Experience: Provide assistance with sizing guidance, restocking, and directing customers to checkout.
• Presentation: Ensure displays remain organized, folded, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Operations Support: Assist with set-up, inventory organization, and light tear-down tasks.

Uniform:

• Provided: True Classic shirt (if available).
• You Provide: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes.

Other Details:

• Personal transportation required.
• Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador.

Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
