About This Role
Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking dynamic Bilingual Brand Ambassadors to join our team for an exciting brand activation in Concord, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of our growing roster, as Concord is a highly active market for us, with additional opportunities anticipated throughout 2025. We pride ourselves on fostering a fun, collaborative, and positive work environment!
This brand activation will take place at Costco (2400 Monument Blvd, Concord, CA 94520) from Friday, December 12th, 2025, to Sunday, December 14th, 2025. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for engaging directly with shoppers, promoting the brand's products, and driving awareness and sales. You will maintain a warm, professional tone consistent with the brand's heritage, assisting with setup and breakdown as needed throughout full store hours. Please note, you will not be sampling products as Costco provides a sampler, therefore, no food handling certification is required.
Candidates must be comfortable memorizing a script and brand talking points, as well as working semi-independently. Free parking is available onsite.
Staff will be required to wear their own dark wash jeans, a white/cream shirt, and black professional shoes.
Shift Dates & Times - Must be available all three days!
- Virtual paid training - TBD
- Friday, December 12th, 2025: 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM or 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday, December 13th, 2025: 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday, December 14th, 2025: 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Job Requirements:
- Considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), with designated rest breaks and meal periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
- Limited phone use during shifts.
