KES Stanford Game Day Activation

Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking experienced event professionals for Activation, Field or BA Manager | KES positions to execute game day operations at Stanford University this fall. We are looking for individuals with event production/production management and people management backgrounds who can lead by example, motivate their team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Priority will be given to candidates available for the specified dates; however, additional event management opportunities will be available throughout this year and next.

Event Dates (availability for all dates is strongly preferred):

• Saturday, September 13
• Saturday, September 27
• Saturday, October 18
• Saturday, November 1
• Saturday, November 22
• Saturday, November 29

Shift Details:

• Typical shift length: 6–8 hours
• Free parking near the venue
• Uniform: Black pants, black button-down or polo, closed-toe black shoes; client provides branded jacket/vest

Responsibilities include managing and directing a team of 10–20 staff across multiple stadium gates, serving as the primary liaison between Kinetic Events management, client contacts, and frontline staff. You will ensure all staff are in position, properly equipped, and meeting performance expectations, as well as monitoring and supporting ticketing and security processes at assigned gates. Troubleshooting guest or operational issues in real time and maintaining accurate headcounts, break schedules, and shift compliance are also key aspects of this role.

Job Requirements:

• Proven event production or production management experience
• Previous experience managing 10+ staff in a high-volume venue or live event setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using mobile apps, ticketing systems, or handheld scanners)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability are essential
• Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Local to Bay Area (no travel reimbursement provided)
