HIYO Social Tonic Sampling Dallas Activation

Creative State is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent HIYO Social Tonics in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for a strong, experienced, and energetic team for our two-month program.

This program runs every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout December and January, from Friday, December 5th to Sunday, February 1st.

Brand Ambassador (BA) Requirements:

• Must have prior brand ambassador experience.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Must possess high energy and the ability to speak professionally to consumers.

Brand Ambassador (BA) Compensation:

• $30/hour

We are also hiring for a Team Lead position. Please see the requirements below if you are interested in that role.

Team Lead (TL) Requirements:

• Must be comfortable driving a Cargo Van full of product and assets for each activation.
• Must be available for every weekend during the two-month program (Friday, December 5th - Sunday, February 1st).
• Must be a leader capable of fostering a professional and fun work environment with Brand Ambassadors.

Shift Hours:

• Team Lead (TL): 10 hours per day (7 hours activation time, 2 hours pre-shift, 1 hour post-shift)
• Brand Ambassador (BA): 7 hours per day (activation time)

Team Lead (TL) Compensation:

• $35/hour
