About This Role
On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team, seeking enthusiastic Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations throughout 2026. We are passionate about in-store demos and are looking for individuals who share our drive to successfully launch new products for our clients.
Our team members enjoy the flexibility of new monthly campaigns, offering part-time to nearly full-time work depending on store density in their area. We seek self-motivated individuals who can effectively drive sales and act as dedicated regional representatives for our brand partners. Prior experience in in-store demo sampling is preferred.
We offer a competitive compensation structure:
- $120 per demo (4-hour shift)
- $240 per day (8-hour day)
This rate accounts for a 3-hour sampling period (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM), plus an additional hour for setup, teardown, and reporting per demo. Demos are scheduled around your availability, primarily from Friday through Monday. Compensation is W2, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
All applicants should possess the following key qualities and resources:
- Independent, reliable, and punctual
- Capable of effective communication with assigned accounts and clients
- Able to complete detailed and timely reporting
- Reliable transportation or the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations
- Possess a demo table & black tablecloth, or be willing to acquire them for the program
- Hold a Food Safety Certification, or be willing to obtain one
