Moment Beverage Store Demo

Moment is a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas and teas designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar. Inspired by meditation, each can blends adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood. It’s the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or evening wind-down.

Moment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers. We are looking for passionate individuals who can embody our brand and effectively help place Moment products in prominent retail locations. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events.

• Embodying Moment's Vision: Align with the company's vision and be intrinsically motivated to make a difference, demonstrating a genuine love for Moment products.
• Managing In-Store Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations at retail locations.
• Educating Customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
• Merchandising: Secure secondary placements, set up displays, apply IRCs/coupons, and arrange cans properly on shelves.
• Monitoring Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, tracking the success of demos and events.
• Representing Moment at Retail Events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, and offer samples to consumers, including facilitating local product drops.

Requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Availability to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

• $20 per hour for a 2-hour demo with half an hour of merchandising.
