Brand Ambassador | Transformer Table

Transformer Table is a renowned furniture brand celebrated for its innovative, space-saving designs, including extendable dining sets and table-to-desks. We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and proactive Brand Ambassadors to confidently engage shoppers and drive sales. This role involves educating customers and conducting hands-on demonstrations during a 10-day in-store roadshow.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will not simply staff a display; you will actively move across the sales floor, initiate conversations, showcase product features, and highlight the transformation and versatility of our furniture. Your goal is to help customers visualize how Transformer Table products can effectively address their space or lifestyle needs.

• Engage & Sell: Proactively initiate friendly conversations with shoppers to introduce and showcase Transformer Table’s premium furniture solutions.
• Demonstrate Products: Confidently present product features, transformations, and overall value through live demonstrations, such as extending tables and configuring modular setups.
• Educate Customers: Provide clear explanations of product quality, functionality, and pricing to empower customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Drive Conversions: Generate excitement and guide shoppers through the necessary steps to successfully close high-value sales.
• Maintain Presentation: Ensure the brand's booth remains organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
• Support Operations: Assist with the initial setup, light-duty teardown, and organization of the product kit as required.

Dates:

• Setup: Thursday, October 23rd – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Optional additional setup: Friday, October 24th – 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow: Friday, October 24th – Sunday, November 2nd (10 consecutive days)

Schedule & Shifts (Standard Rhythm):

• Setup: Thursday 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (Daily, 10 consecutive days):
  • Friday–Friday: Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs); Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
  • Saturday: Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs); Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
  • Sunday: Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs); Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sunday 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Please note that store hours may vary slightly by location, and the final schedule will be confirmed prior to each roadshow. Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift, as Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to ensure all shifts are covered across the 10-day period.
