Brand Ambassador | True Classic

Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy Brand Ambassadors for the True Classic Tees Roadshow at Costco. This is an exciting opportunity to drive high-volume sales for a leading apparel brand, engaging directly with customers and showcasing premium t-shirts and everyday apparel.

This role is not a passive demonstration; Brand Ambassadors will be actively on their feet, creating excitement around limited-time deals, and guiding customers toward multi-item purchases in the everyday budget category.

Location: Dedham, MA – Costco 319 | 200 Legacy Blvd #319a, Dedham, MA 02026

Pay Rate: $28 per hour

• $50 bonus for working the Christmas Eve shift.
• $100 bonus if the team sells 100 units on Christmas Eve.

Project Dates:

• Setup: Thursday, December 18th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hours)
• Optional Next-Day AM Setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hours)
• Roadshow: Friday, December 19th – Sunday, December 28th (10 consecutive days)

Important Notes: Early close on Christmas Eve & CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY.

Standard Schedule & Shifts:

• Setup: Thursday 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (Fri–Fri):
• Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Saturday:
• 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
• 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sunday:
• 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
• 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sunday 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Store hours may vary slightly by location; the final schedule will be confirmed before each show. Brand Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift; Karma Casting will staff 2-3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Sell: Proactively greet shoppers, articulate product benefits, and encourage multi-pack purchases.
• Product Education: Highlight the soft fabric, perfect fit, and exceptional value of True Classic Tees.
• Drive High-Volume Sales: Implement a friendly yet confident sales approach to maximize conversions and daily unit sales targets.
• Customer Experience: Provide assistance with sizing, support restocking efforts, and direct customers for efficient checkout.
• Presentation: Ensure displays remain organized, neatly folded, and visually appealing throughout operating hours.
• Operations Support: Assist with initial setup, inventory organization, and light teardown procedures.

Uniform:

• Provided: True Classic shirt (if available).
• You Provide: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes.

Additional Details:

• Personal transportation is required.
• Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador.

Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
