About This Role
Our client in the financial sector, in partnership with 2020 Companies, is seeking an experienced full-time Territory Manager to join a field-based team. This role focuses on providing welcome services to new merchants, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and fostering strong relationships.
This is a Monday - Friday position offering hourly pay, a 10% monthly bonus opportunity, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
A typical day involves meeting and welcoming new merchants who are accepting our client's credit services. You will travel within an assigned territory, visiting up to 50 retailers per day. Approximately 50% of an 8-hour workday will be spent in-store. On occasion, merchant visits may require up to a two-hour drive from home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating the value of customers using the client's line of credit services at their business.
- Capturing and addressing any objections raised by reluctant merchants.
- Attempting to place Point of Purchase signage at each business.
