About This Role

We are seeking a polished and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent a global luxury jewelry brand for a temporary holiday pop-up inside Boston Logan Airport. This contract is for the month of December only.

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador for a short-term, part-time position to support Propelle + Konnect at a luxury jewelry pop-up. The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for creating elevated guest experiences.

What you will be doing:

  • Representing a world-renowned jewelry brand with professionalism and warmth
  • Greeting customers and offering product guidance
  • Supporting sales by speaking confidently about product features and collections
  • Maintaining an immaculate and visually appealing display that reflects the brand standard
  • Assisting store leadership with customer flow and basic merchandising
  • Reporting shift details and customer interactions into our tracking system

A little about you:

  • Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
  • Jewelry or luxury retail experience is a strong asset
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Confident engaging with customers in a luxury environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Schedule:

This is a December holiday contract. Shifts run Thursday through Sunday. Candidates must be available for at least two shifts per week.
