About This Role

We are seeking an outstanding Brand Ambassador with a great personality to support our ongoing liquor activation at Toronto Pearson Airport YYZ. This is an ongoing contract and requires consistent weekly availability.

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador with strong spirits experience to represent Propelle + Konnect at a temporary pop-up within Toronto Pearson Airport. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service or hospitality and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Learning and understanding the premium liquor brand.
  • Sampling the product to travelers and consumers.
  • Educating customers on tasting notes and brand story.
  • Building strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
  • Following merchandising guidelines to maintain a polished brand presence.
  • Capturing demo results by submitting required reporting in our tracking system.

A little about you:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Background in spirits or wine is required.
  • Strong retail sales experience.
  • Outgoing, charismatic, and confident engaging with travelers.
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Mandarin speaking is an asset.
