True Classic Apparel Sales

We are seeking three experienced and passionate Brand Ambassadors to drive sales for True Classic’s men’s wear at Costco in El Paso, Texas. This role primarily involves selling True Classic branded shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and a light jacket. We are looking for individuals with both sales and merchandising experience, an outgoing personality, the ability to self-manage, and the enthusiasm to create excitement around the product.

The program dates are from December 18th to December 28th. There will be a mandatory 1.5-hour virtual training call, with the date and time to be determined. Candidates with full availability during the program dates will receive first consideration for scheduling. Please communicate any dates you are unavailable to work.

What we're looking for:

• Must be fluent in English
• Proven sales track record required
• Ability to be on your feet for approximately 6+ hours at a time
• Able to lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to construct and deconstruct a pop-up table stand
• Retail experience and an outgoing personality are a plus
• Personal smartphone required for on-site check-ins and reporting
• Completion of daily reporting and inventory counts

• Educate customers about the benefits of True Classic products.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product features and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with store staff to create engaging displays and promotional activities.

The pay rate for this position is $26 per hour.
