True Classic Apparel Sales

Mosaic is seeking professional and experienced Brand Ambassadors with a passion for selling True Classic’s men's wear at Costco.

This role involves promoting and selling True Classic’s branded shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and light jackets. We are looking for outgoing individuals comfortable with apparel sales who possess a strong sales background, are self-motivated, and can generate enthusiasm for the product.

The ideal Brand Ambassador will be able to interact effectively with people of all ages and handle situations independently, as there will not be a direct manager on-site. You must be comfortable explaining brand offerings and answering customer questions without direct supervision.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Completion of paid training
• Setup and tear down of display
• Engaging with customers
• Educating consumers on the brand
• Completion of daily reporting

Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet for approximately 8+ hours at a time
• Proven sales track record required
• Able to lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to construct and deconstruct a pop-up table stand
• Personal smartphone to complete on-site check-ins and reporting
• Retail experience and an outgoing personality are a plus

Location: El Paso, TX

Program Dates: October 2 - October 12 (Candidate must be available for ALL DATES)

Mandatory 1-hour PAID virtual training call (Date/Time: TBD)

Shifts: We have 3 schedules available (PM or MID); schedules will be discussed during the interview. Applicants with full availability for all three will receive priority.

Mosaic, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting. Mosaic may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidate qualifications and locations in Arizona. This range may be modified in the future.
