Uber One Brand Activation

Staffed INC is seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors for an exciting activation in Austin, TX. This guest-facing role involves engaging with attendees, representing the client brand, and ensuring a fun and positive event experience for an upcoming Uber One activation.

Event Name: TX Uber One BAs
Date(s) / Shift Time(s): October 18th, 2025 // 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Location: Austin, TX 78742

Roles:

• 18 x Brand Ambassadors
• 2 x Standby

Please remember that our client has selected you individually.

Responsibilities:

• 6 at Check-In (VIP & GA Queue / giving wristbands)
• 4 Directional (exterior of venue)
• 2 stationed at Step & Repeat entry (one on each end)
• 3 at Mechanical activation (waiver signing and sign-in process)
• 1 at Billiards area (overseeing and reset)
• 1 at Food Station (line control, guest flow, engagement)
• 4 Directional (exterior near roads) — Note: not specific traffic control

Attire:

• Top & Bottom provided (TBA)
• Shoes: TBA
• No visible logos, brands, washed-out, or ripped clothing

Grooming:

• Please review standard grooming guidelines on homepage
• Long hair must be pulled back
• Facial hair: clean shaven or neatly trimmed
• No colorful makeup, nail polish, or jewelry (preferably)
