This large-scale event, the FL Conference 2026, will be held from Tuesday, February 24 to Thursday, February 26, and will host over 6000 guests across multiple venues in Miami Beach.
We are seeking polished, energetic, and reliable talent comfortable with being on their feet for extended periods. Responsibilities may include a variety of roles such as:
- Registration
- Tap In/Tap Out Stations
- Bag Storage
- Green Room assistance
- Speaker Team (Wranglers + Transit)
- Surveys
- IR Navigators
Final role assignments and individual shift times will be confirmed closer to the event dates.
Attire: Professional all-black (black blouse/button-up, black slacks, black dress shoes or clean all-black sneakers with no visible logos).
Compensation: $25/hour
