SWF In-Store Product Sales

2020 Companies is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for Springs Window Fashions, North America's leading window-covering brand. In this role, you will elevate product visibility and drive sales within major home improvement stores by guiding customers to the ideal window solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both store associates and customers.
• Maintain and set up captivating product displays through effective merchandising.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Generate leads to continuously increase sales opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and comprehensive product education.
• Travel within your assigned territory, visiting an average of 2-5 stores per day.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales.
• An outgoing and confident personality with excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter capable of working effectively and independently.
• Comfortable and proficient in a retail environment.
