About This Role
T-ROC is seeking an outgoing Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of Hisense. In this dynamic role, you will represent Hisense at various exciting events and conduct in-store demonstrations and training sessions within National Retailers, specifically focusing on home appliances.
Your responsibilities will include a variety of event-related tasks, from setup and teardown to product demonstrations and training sales representatives.
- Train store associates to understand the Hisense product portfolio and effectively communicate its value to customers.
- Visit stores at assigned frequencies to ensure products are properly displayed, merchandised, and maintained in neat, clean, and working order.
- Connect with local retail partners, field management, and district management to identify regional opportunities.
- Ensure point-of-purchase materials are in place and products are properly priced.
- Achieve sales targets through comprehensive training, strategic merchandising, and direct customer engagement at specified events.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $20.00 to $23.00 USD/Hr. A monthly car allowance of $300-$500 is provided, and a personal driver's license and reliable transportation are required for the Brand Ambassador role.
