About This Role

HP and 2020 Companies are seeking an Activation, Field or BA Manager to represent HP in your area. As a HP Territory Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting 1-4 stores per day, based on need, to drive and increase sales by training retail associates on HP products and generating excitement around the brand. You will increase brand awareness and retail presence through impactful store displays, strategic product placement, and building strong relationships within your territory to ensure HP is front and center within the retail environment.

A typical day involves:

  • Demonstrating HP products to store management, staff, and customers at retailers in your assigned territory.
  • Increasing sales and product awareness through training and hands-on consumer-facing activities.
  • Achieving and maintaining program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Building rapport within your territory at each retailer with store management and staff.
  • Scheduling and facilitating sales and product trainings.
  • Assessing and communicating needs such as marketing materials and promotional collateral.
  • Assessing customer needs and making product recommendations applicable to their everyday life.
  • Documenting and reporting sales, schedules, activities, and best practices.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing insights and recommendations.
  • Setting and maintaining brand merchandising in retail locations and ensuring all brand standards are followed.
  • Coaching and mentoring part-time co-workers.
  • Managing a territory of stores independently with minimal oversight.
