Join Ever-Seal as a Lead Generator and become the face of our innovative sealing service at various events. You'll interact directly with attendees, sharing the benefits of Ever-Seal through quick, engaging conversations and demonstrations.

You can work at local events in and around Nashville only, or choose to add optional travel across the six states where we promote our service: TN, GA, SC, NC, KY, and AL.

What is Ever-Seal? Imagine never having to seal your deck, fence, driveway, or wood siding ever again! Ever-Seal offers a permanent solution guaranteed to last at least 25 years. As a Lead Generator, you'll introduce event attendees to this unique and easy-to-explain service.

What We Offer:

• Base hourly pay or commission, whichever is greater

Requirements:

• Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Promote the Ever-Seal brand and generate leads by interacting face-to-face with event attendees at trade shows, festivals, fairs, and more.
• Generate leads through quick and engaging conversations and demonstrations.
• Travel to and from event locations (daytime, evening, weekend hours, and overnight when applicable).
• Pick up, load in, set up, tear down, load out, and drop off event equipment.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and positive approach to face-to-face interaction.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time, as-needed.

Pay:

• $15.00 - $40.00+ per hour average
• Hourly pay of $15 or $10 per lead commission, whichever is greater
• Bonus pay of $25 per lead that converts to a sale

Schedule:

• Flexible
• Weekends
• Some weekdays, as needed
• Some nights, as needed
• Some overnights, as needed

Work Location:

In person at local events in and around Nashville only, or optional travel across any of the six states where we promote our service at events, which include TN, GA, SC, NC, KY, and AL. Optional travel for work includes hourly pay or commission, whichever is greater, bonus pay, gas and parking fees reimbursed, a daily per diem plus paid drive time.
