Ever-Seal Event Demonstrations

Join Ever-Seal as a Lead Generator and represent our innovative brand at various local events. You'll interact face-to-face with attendees, showcasing the benefits of Ever-Seal through quick, engaging conversations and demonstrations. This role offers the flexibility of working locally in and around Louisville or the option to travel across six states where we promote our services: TN, GA, SC, NC, KY, and AL.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: Base hourly pay of $15 per hour or $10 per lead commission, whichever is greater.
• Bonus pay: $25 per lead that converts to a sale.

• Optional travel benefits: For those who choose to travel, we offer hourly pay or commission (whichever is greater), bonus pay, reimbursed gas and parking fees, a daily per diem, and paid drive time.

Requirements:

• Ability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the Ever-Seal brand and generate leads by interacting face-to-face with event attendees at trade shows, festivals, fairs, and other events.
• Generate leads through quick and engaging conversations and demonstrations.
• Travel to and from event locations, which may include daytime, evening, weekend hours, and occasional overnights.
• Manage event equipment, including picking up, loading in, setting up, tearing down, loading out, and dropping off.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and positive approach to face-to-face interaction.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time, as-needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00+ per hour average.

Schedule:

Work Location: In person at local events in and around Louisville only, or with optional travel across TN, GA, SC, NC, KY, and AL.
