Jackery Roadshow Product Demos

Are you seeking a flexible, project-based opportunity that fits your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands at Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, and other major retailers.

This is a short-term, high-impact role where you will demonstrate products, engage shoppers, and drive sales during 10-day roadshows. While there may be downtime between events depending on scheduling and brand needs, this position is ideal for those seeking event-based work with the potential for ongoing assignments.

Compensation: $20/hour

• Set up designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail stores.
• Arrange products attractively to engage customers and ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
• Approach and engage customers in a friendly, inviting manner to promote and sell products.
• Provide compelling demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize company-required apps and digital tools, including Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
• Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real-time.
• Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
• Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished as needed for each event.

Requirements to ROC this role:

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets T-ROC's minimum coverage requirements.
• Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
