About This Role

On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team, seeking enthusiastic Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations scheduled throughout 2026. If you are passionate about driving sales through in-store demos and excel at launching new products, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can effectively represent our brand partners as regional representatives. Our sales-driven team prides itself on successful new product launches, with new monthly campaigns offering part-time to nearly full-time work, depending on the number of stores in your area. Previous in-store demo sampling experience is preferred.

Brand Specialists are expected to be independent, reliable, and punctual. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with assigned accounts and clients. All team members must be capable of completing detailed and timely reporting after each demo.

Pay Rate: $120 per 4-hour demo shift
Pay Rate: $240 per 8-hour day

This compensation covers a 3-hour sampling period (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM), plus an additional hour allocated for setup, tear-down, and reporting per demo. Demos are generally scheduled Friday through Monday, based on your availability. Compensation is W2 employment, with payments issued every two weeks via direct deposit.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation or the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations.
Possession of a demo table and black tablecloth, or willingness to acquire one.
Food Safety Certification, or willingness to obtain one.
