Compensation: $28/hour
Mosaic offers an exciting opportunity for a growing sales and marketing professional to join a highly strategic Business Unit. This role supports a major consumer electronics brand’s field sales and training team, from planning and execution to measurement. As a Team Lead, you will be central to the team, responsible for day-to-day preparation and planning for client in-field programs. The Team Lead acts as the hub, assisting management with streamlined oversight and preparation for all brand campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for all Brand Ambassadors within your assigned region, including attending regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins for guidance and concerns.
- Oversee day-to-day operational details to guarantee flawless execution, including confirming Brand Ambassador punctuality, ensuring material readiness, and verifying activation site setup.
- Build team morale, celebrate achievements, and encourage professional growth among Brand Ambassadors.
- Actively participate in consumer interactions to set the standard for excellence, demonstrating best practices for initiating educational conversations, conveying brand messages, and creating positive consumer experiences.
- Meet with on-site contacts as needed to discuss campaign presence, adjustments, or feedback.
- Transport necessary assets to activation sites and assist with setup as required.
- Swiftly resolve logistical challenges, manage last-minute staffing changes, and handle unexpected situational problems for smooth campaign execution.
- Perform essential administrative functions, including reviewing weekly schedules and verifying timesheets.
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on consumer engagement, interaction quality, and educational reach.
- Compile and deliver regular reports on regional team performance, campaign highlights, and operational status to management.
- Gather qualitative feedback, consumer insights, and photos from the field to share with senior management.
- Travel regularly and extensively to various activation sites to work alongside your team.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Meet) for organization and clear communication.
What You Bring:
- Background in roles such as Team Lead, Field Manager, or Event Manager, especially within experiential marketing.
- A natural leader capable of mentoring, team building, and effective communication with both team members and the public.
- Willingness to Travel frequently within the designated region to support the team on-site.
- Resourceful and adept at quickly and effectively handling logistical or staffing challenges.
- Genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people and creating positive brand experiences.
- Experience in reporting and analyzing in-field metrics.
- Some sales experience required.
- Vehicle access considered an asset.
