Inspired by meditative practices, each can is a unique blend of adaptogens and botanicals, designed to foster calm, clarity, and uplift your mood. It's the perfect companion for an afternoon pick-me-up or an evening wind-down. Moment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors and Merchandisers to join our growing team. We are looking for passionate individuals who can genuinely embody our brand's spirit and are driven to expand Moment's presence on the shelves of prominent retailers. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demonstrations, strategic merchandising, and various in-market events. Key Responsibilities:

• Align with Moment's vision and be intrinsically motivated to make a difference; a genuine passion for Moment products is paramount.
• Manage engaging in-store demonstrations at various retail locations.
• Educate customers by providing in-depth product knowledge and sharing the compelling story behind Moment.
• Execute merchandising tasks, including securing secondary placements, setting up captivating displays, applying IRCs/coupons, and ensuring optimal product arrangement on shelves.
• Monitor and gather customer feedback, tracking the success of demos and events.
• Represent Moment at retail events, which includes setting up event spaces, showcasing products, offering samples to consumers, and facilitating local product drops.

Requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage professional relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Availability to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

• A 2-hour demo, inclusive of half an hour of merchandising, is compensated at $20 per hour.
