As a Sales Experience Associate, you will be the life force of your store, creating a vibrant, engaging, and positive atmosphere. Empower customers to explore and connect with Samsung technology. Build trust, identify needs through effective questioning, and guide customers to their ideal tech solutions. Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Part-time retail schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with a welcoming and energetic attitude.
• Proactively discover customer needs using open-ended questions and provide personalized, perfect-fit solutions.
• Become a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the sales journey and helping them create an incredible technology experience with Samsung products.
• Provide basic device troubleshooting, diagnose mobile device issues, and facilitate service tickets.
• Confidently recommend product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases.
