Moment Beverage Store Demo

Moment is a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar. Inspired by meditation, each can blends adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood, making it the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or evening wind-down.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers to embody our brand and effectively place Moment products in prominent retail locations. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embrace and align with Moment's vision, demonstrating intrinsic motivation to make a difference.
• Conduct engaging demos at various retail locations.
• Educate customers with in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
• Execute merchandising tasks including securing secondary placements, setting up displays, applying IRCs/coupons, and ensuring proper product arrangement on shelves.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, tracking the success of demos and events.
• Represent Moment at retail events, which includes setting up event spaces, showcasing products, offering samples, and facilitating local product drops.

Requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Flexibility to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

We offer two payment tiers based on the number of demos completed.
