About This Role
Mosaic is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Trained Product Specialist to support our retail partners: AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. This is a contract-based, part-time position with an immediate start date until mid-January 2026, with a high possibility of extension.
We are looking for dynamic and engaging individuals to be the face of our electronics accessories brand in Hartford, CT, and Austin, TX. You will drive product awareness, educate retail teams, and boost sales performance for premium mobile accessories, including cases and screen protection.
Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour + bonus potential
Location: In-field, various retail locations (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile)
Territory: One specialist in Austin, TX, and one in Hartford, CT
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote our electronics accessories brand cases and screen protection products through in-store demonstrations and customer engagement.
- Deliver compelling product training to retail staff, emphasizing competitive advantages and unique features.
- Utilize interactive demo kits to showcase the superior quality of our screen protection against competitors.
- Distribute free product samples to generate interest and drive sales conversion.
- Build strong relationships with retail staff to foster trust, enthusiasm, and product advocacy.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retail store managers to collaborate on strategies for driving brand sales.
- Drive sales and increase market share for stores within your designated territory.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions and drive measurable sales results.
- Passion for the technology/consumer electronics industry.
- 3+ years of sales and/or retail sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, engaging presence.
- Ability to absorb and articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Experience in wireless retail environments (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) is a plus.
- Reliable access to a vehicle is REQUIRED.
- MUST HAVE a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
