Dumpling Daughter is on the lookout for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand through engaging in-store demonstrations. Offering a competitive pay of $28 per hour, this position involves weekend events that typically last 3-4 hours.
Key Responsibilities
As a Brand Ambassador, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Arriving promptly at the event location
- Retaining brand knowledge through online training and effectively communicating key messages to consumers
- Attracting and engaging with consumers to encourage participation in product sampling
- Directing consumers to various products on display
- Distributing promotional materials and maintaining an accurate inventory of the products sampled
- Collecting valuable feedback from consumers
- Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the event space
- Adhering to food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness in the event area
- Collaborating with supervisors/managers regarding any urgent matters during events
- Adhering to the uniform policy established by the company
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills and qualities:
- Outgoing personality and professional demeanor
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking to large groups and interacting with consumers
- A minimum of 1-2 years in promotional and/or tradeshow experience
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
