Metaverse Retail Experience

We are expanding our team at the Meta Lab Retail store located in the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu! We're looking for a Trained Product Specialist to bring the exciting world of Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life.

As a Meta Experience Expert, you will provide a premium, hands-on experience by demonstrating cutting-edge wearable and mixed reality technology. You will enthusiastically represent our client's brand, educate consumers, and turn product demonstrations into meaningful customer acquisitions. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and deeply committed to delivering world-class customer service.

This is a part-time position, requiring 12-15 hours per week, with night and weekend availability required. You must also be available for on-and off-site events, including occasional shifts outside of regular store hours. Paid training is tentatively scheduled for the week of November 17th, and the store is slated to open the week of November 24th. Full availability for training is essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Become a subject matter expert, fully understanding the features and benefits of our client’s products, including accessories.
• Conduct world-class demonstrations of our client’s mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space, creating immersive experiences that influence how consumers play, learn, and experience the world around them.
• Process consumer transactions using our client’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met.
