About This Role
We are seeking a Trained Product Specialist | Meta to join our Meta Lab Retail team at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on bringing Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life, providing a best-in-class, white-glove experience through immersive, hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge wearable and mixed reality technology.
As a Meta Experience Expert, you will represent our client’s brand with enthusiasm, educating consumers and turning product demonstrations into meaningful customer acquisitions. What You Will Do:
- Act as a subject matter expert, fully understanding the features and benefits of our client’s products, including accessories.
- Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn, and experience the world around them.
- Process consumer transactions using our clients’ Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met.
- Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintaining interactive customer displays.
- Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
Work Schedule and Requirements:
- You will be working 12-15 hours per week.
- Night and weekend availability is required.
- Must have availability for on- and off-site events, including occasional shifts outside of regular store hours.
