True Classic Tees Costco Roadshow

Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy Brand Ambassadors for a True Classic Tees Roadshow and Costco Activation.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent True Classic Tees, a leading brand in premium, perfectly-fitted, and affordable everyday apparel.

Location: Hoover, AL – Costco 362 / 3650 Galleria Cir #362d, Hoover, AL 35244

Project Overview: True Classic Tees is hosting an exclusive 10-day roadshow at Costco. We are looking for proactive Brand Ambassadors to drive high-volume sales, engage shoppers, and educate them on the value and quality of True Classic products.

This role requires a dynamic and hands-on approach. Brand Ambassadors will be on their feet, actively engaging with a steady flow of customers, generating excitement for limited-time offers, and confidently guiding them toward multi-item purchases.

Compensation: $28 per hour

Dates:

• Setup: Thursday, December 11th
• Roadshow: Friday, December 12th – Sunday, December 21st (10 consecutive days)

Schedule & Shifts (Standard Rhythm):

• Setup:
• Thursday, December 11th: 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hours)
• Friday, December 12th: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hours – optional, next-day AM setup)
• Show Days (Friday – Friday, 10 consecutive days):
• Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (~6.75 hours)
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (~5.75 hours)
• Saturday:
• 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hours)
• 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hours)
• Sunday:
• 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hours)
• 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hours)
• Final Teardown: Sunday, December 21st: 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hours)

Note: Store hours may vary slightly by location; the final schedule will be confirmed before each show. Brand Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift, as Karma Casting will staff 2-3 Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Sell: Proactively greet shoppers, articulate product benefits, and encourage multi-pack purchases of True Classic Tees.
• Product Education: Highlight the superior soft fabric, ideal fit, and exceptional value of True Classic apparel.
• Drive High-Volume Sales: Implement a friendly yet confident sales approach to maximize conversions and daily unit sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service, including sizing assistance, efficient restocking, and directing customers to checkout.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain organized, folded, and visually appealing product displays throughout the day.
• Operations Support: Assist with event setup, inventory organization, and light teardown procedures.

Uniform Requirements:

• Provided: True Classic shirt (if available).
• Ambassador Provides: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes.

Additional Details:

• Personal transportation is required.
• Setup and teardown shifts are compensated and will be assigned to at least one Brand Ambassador.

Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles receive weekly pay.
