About This Role
Our client in the financial sector, in partnership with 2020 Companies, is seeking an experienced full-time Territory Manager for a field-based team. This role focuses on providing welcome services to new merchants.
As a Territory Manager, you will meet and welcome new merchants who are accepting our client's credit services. Your daily activities will include traveling within an assigned territory, stopping by up to 25+ retailers per day. Approximately 50% of an 8-hour workday will be spent in-store. On occasion, merchant visits may require up to a two-hour drive from home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating the value to merchants of customers using the client's line of credit services at their business.
- Capturing and addressing any objections raised by reluctant merchants.
- Attempting to place Point of Purchase signage at each business.
