About This Role

On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team, seeking Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations throughout 2026. We are passionate about in-store demos and are looking for like-minded individuals to join our sales-driven team, committed to successful new product launches for our clients.

Our monthly campaigns offer part-time to nearly full-time work, depending on the number of stores in your region. We seek self-motivated individuals who can drive sales and serve as dedicated regional representatives for our brand partners. Experience with in-store demo sampling is preferred.

Compensation:

  • $120 per 4-hour demo shift
  • $240 per 8-hour day

Each demo compensates for 3 hours of sampling time (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM), plus an additional hour for setup, tear-down, and reporting. Demos are scheduled around your availability, primarily Friday through Monday. This is a W2 position, with payments made every two weeks via direct deposit.

Requirements:

  • Independent, reliable, and punctual with excellent communication skills for engaging with assigned accounts and clients.
  • Capable of completing detailed and timely reporting.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations.
  • Possession of a demo table and black tablecloth, or willingness to acquire them for the program.
  • Food Safety Certification, or willingness to obtain one.
