About This Role

Brewco Marketing Group is seeking dedicated and motivated full-time Brand Ambassadors in Jackson, Mississippi. This ongoing position, starting Thursday, January 1st, involves promoting an advanced technology, smoke-free alternative to cigarettes.

All necessary training and product information will be provided. The ideal candidate will be driven to achieve sales goals and take advantage of additional bonus opportunities. Applicants must be over the age of 24 and comfortable working with a nicotine product. This is a full-time, salaried position.

As a Brand Ambassador, your primary mission will be to build the image of our smoke-free brand and inspire Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users. You will discuss the differences and benefits of using a smoke-free alternative in specific breweries, restaurants/bars, nightlife venues, and local city events. You will be responsible for encouraging legal-aged smokers and nicotine users to convert to a smoke-free alternative by explaining its purpose and matching its benefits to their needs. You will be a key contributor to a smoke-free future, introducing Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users to our smoke-free product through one-on-one interactions, providing an exceptional consumer experience while adhering to all guidelines.

This role involves multi-level communications, managing all aspects across multiple channels, overseeing and consolidating information from various in-market sites, and communicating the mission, plans, activities, and guidelines to BMG Field Staff.

Position Profile:

The Brand Ambassador must possess knowledge of:

  • Relevant state, local, and national regulatory and legal guidelines concerning tobacco consumption.
  • Company guidelines on the marketing of NCAs to legal-aged consumers.
  • Effective communication techniques and appropriate time management principles.
  • Understanding of logistical operations.
  • Ability to lift objects of at least fifty (50) pounds.
  • Ability to work at elevated levels of 5 feet or higher using ladders or catwalks.
