What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mastering Products & Sales – Dive deep into the product portfolio, using your knowledge to drive customer conversations and close sales.
• Engaging Customers – Serve as a trusted advisor, offering tailored product recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Staying Compliant – Keep up-to-date with industry regulations to ensure compliance in all sales activities.
• Learning & Growing – Participate in training sessions to stay sharp, up-to-date on product launches, and improve your sales techniques.
• Reporting & Feedback – Provide insights through timely sales reports and customer feedback to enhance team performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills – Able to effectively engage with customers, retailers, and internal teams.
• Sales Experience – Prior field sales experience is ideal, especially in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Customer Service Focus – Passionate about delivering exceptional service and promoting responsible product use.
• Industry Experience – Experience as a brand ambassador or product specialist in regulated industries like spirits, cannabis, or nicotine is a big plus!
