FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Event Sales Specialist for Jackery, to represent exciting consumer brands during special 10-day roadshows inside major retailers like Costco, Sam's Club, and BJ's. This is a project-based opportunity, ideal for individuals seeking flexible work that offers high impact and potential for ongoing assignments.

As an Event Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail stores. Your role will involve arranging products aesthetically to attract customers, ensuring all promotional materials, signage, and samples are impeccably displayed. You will actively engage with shoppers in a friendly and inviting manner, providing compelling demonstrations, explaining key product features and benefits, and ultimately driving sales for the Jackery brand.

This role requires flexibility and proactivity, involving additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives. You will utilize company-required applications and digital tools, including Vision App, for accurate timekeeping and sales reporting. It is crucial to accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real-time. Adherence to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays, is paramount. You will also be responsible for monitoring, transporting, and maintaining promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished for each event.

This is a W2 Opportunity with a pay rate of $20/hour + overtime. There may be downtime between events depending on scheduling and brand needs.

Location: Costco - 8000 Paramore Rd, Jacksonville, FL

Dates: October 10th - October 19th (10-day show)

Times:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Requirements:

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Must carry and maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
