Job Overview: Evaluate the customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance of an assigned service center while receiving a required oil change. This role is crucial for maintaining brand standards and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit the Brand's website to form an opinion on their service offerings.
- Call the location to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquire about the price of an oil change.
- Visit the assigned location to receive the required oil change.
- Remain at the location for the full duration of the oil change service.
- Evaluate staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting room and restrooms.
- Take required photos as listed in the provided guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must have a car that genuinely needs an oil change.
- Rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are NOT allowed for this evaluation.
