About This Role
Join HS Brands Global for an exciting opportunity as an Oil Change & Service Standards Evaluator. This mystery shopping assignment is located at 301 Second Street, Laurel, Maryland, 20707, with an evaluation period between Thursday, December 4th and Thursday, December 25th.
You will be compensated a total of $20, plus an $80 oil change reimbursement. The estimated duration for this role is approximately 1.5 hours, which includes both the on-site visit and report submission.
As an essential requirement for this evaluation, you must have a car that genuinely needs an oil change. Please note, rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are not permitted for this evaluation.
Your primary objective will be to evaluate the customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance of an assigned service center while receiving a necessary oil change.
- Begin by visiting the Brand's website to form an initial opinion on their service offerings.
- Contact the assigned location to schedule an appointment or confirm their walk-in policy and inquire about oil change pricing.
- Proceed to the location to receive the required oil change service.
- During your visit, you will assess staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting area and restrooms.
- Capture all required photos as specified in the provided guidelines.
