About This Role
Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors and a Team Lead for an exciting activation during select Kansas City Chiefs home games at Arrowhead Stadium. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a major national brand, engage with fans, and be a part of the thrilling game-day atmosphere.
We are looking for one (1) Team Lead and two to four (2–4) Brand Ambassadors.
Project Overview
This activation focuses on energy, fan engagement, and game-day excitement. The team will be responsible for distributing branded towels and energizing fans pre-game. Future events may include food sampling components, and candidates with valid food-handler certifications are encouraged to apply.

All events will take place at Arrowhead Stadium – 1 Arrowhead Dr, Kansas City, MO 64129. Pay rates are $35/hr for Team Leads and $30/hr for Brand Ambassadors.

Uniform
Details regarding the uniform will be provided by the client prior to the first event.
Logistics
Parking will be reimbursed if passes are not provided. A personal vehicle is not required during event hours.

A 1-hour virtual training session will be conducted; date and time are TBD.
