About This Role
Karma Casting is seeking dynamic individuals for an exciting brand activation role at Kansas City Chiefs home games at Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, MO. We are hiring for both a Team Lead and Brand Ambassador positions to represent a major national brand this season.
This activation focuses on high energy, fan engagement, and amplifying game-day excitement. The team will be responsible for distributing branded towels and generating enthusiasm among fans pre-game. Future opportunities may involve food sampling components, and candidates with valid food-handler certifications are highly encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
Team Lead: $35/hour
Brand Ambassador: $30/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with fans in an energetic, professional, and fun manner.
- Distribute branded towels and merchandise to event attendees.
- Assist with the setup and teardown tasks for the activation area, including lifting up to 45 lbs for Team Lead.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand guidelines throughout the event.
- Represent the client enthusiastically and embody a strong game-day spirit.
Talent Profiles:
Team Lead (1 position):
- Possesses an outgoing personality, strong organizational skills, and proven experience in managing small teams.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs for setup/teardown.
- Prior event or sports industry experience is preferred.
Brand Ambassadors (2-4 positions):
- Friendly, approachable, and maintains a professional demeanor.
- Must be confident and comfortable engaging with large crowds.
Food-handling certification is REQUIRED for both roles.

Team Lead: 2:15 PM – 7:45 PM
Brand Ambassadors: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM - Monday, October 27th, 2025
- Sunday, November 23rd, 2025
Team Lead: 6:15 AM – 12:45 PM
Brand Ambassadors: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM - Sunday, December 7th, 2025
- Sunday, December 14th, 2025
Uniform details are TBD; final guidance will be provided by the client before the first event.
Parking will be reimbursed if parking passes are not provided. A personal vehicle is not required during event operating hours.
A 1-hour virtual training session will be conducted; date and time are TBD.
Requirements
