About This Role
On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team for ongoing in-store demonstrations throughout 2026. We are seeking enthusiastic Brand Specialists who share our passion for in-store demos and sales-driven new product launches.
New monthly campaigns provide our team with part-time to nearly full-time work, depending on the number of stores in your region. We are looking for self-motivated individuals committed to driving sales and representing our brand partners regionally.
Experience in in-store demo sampling is preferred.
Pay Rate:
- $120 per demo (4-hour shift)
- $240 per day (8-hour day)
Compensation Details:
- W2 employment
- Paid every two weeks by direct deposit
Requirements:
- Independent, reliable, and punctual
- Capable of communicating effectively with assigned accounts and clients
- Ability to complete detailed and timely reporting
- Reliable transportation or the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations
- Possess a demo table & black tablecloth or be willing to acquire one
- Possess a Food Safety Certification or be willing to obtain one
Requirements
- • Ability to communicate with assigned accounts and clients as needed
- • Ability to complete detailed timely reporting
- • Reliable transportation or ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations
- • Demo table and black tablecloth or be willing to acquire one for the program
- • Food Safety Certification or be willing to obtain one
- • In-store demo sampling experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- • Drive sales
- • Be a regional representative of our brand partners
- • Complete a 3-hour sampling time per demo
- • Complete an hour of setup, tear down, and reporting per demo
- • Communicate with assigned accounts and clients as needed
- • Complete detailed timely reporting
